Returns Policy

Beauty Phixx strives to provide you with the highest quality products across all of our brands. As a result, we will only accept returns on products that have been received damaged or faulty.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To initiate a return, you can contact us at orders@beautyphixx.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You can always contact us for any return question at orders@beautyphixx.com.

When emailing us, please specify the following:

  1. The original email/name you used when purchasing the item & your order number
  2. The name of the item (as specified on the website)

Exceptions / non-returnable items: 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues: 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that Beauty Phixx does not cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.

Please ensure that you get proof of postage and an insured delivery option to be sure that the item will be returned to us safely. Beauty Phixx does not issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.
